About the project

The Biobanc of “Vascular Disorders of the Liver/Non-Cirrhotic Portal Hypertension” is collecting and storing biological samples (blood, serum, plasma and DNA) and their associated clinical data of patients diagnosed of the most prevalent vascular liver disorders:

  • Budd-Chiari Syndrome
  • Non-Cirrhotic Portal Vein Thrombosis
  • Intrahepatic Non-cirrhotic Idiopathic Portal Hypertension
  • Congenital hepatic fibrosis

The Biobanc of “Cirrhosis with portal hypertension” is collecting and storing biological samples (blood, serum, plasma and DNA) and their associated clinical data of patients diagnosed of:

  • Liver Cirrhosis with determinations of hepatic venous pressure gradient
  • Liver Cirrhosis with associated non-tumoral portal vein thrombosis
