In addition to its primary role as a sample repository, the Biobank of Hospital Clínic, Barcelona – IDIBAPS serves as a support platform where researchers may request services related to the collection and handling of biological samples.

Researchers who wish to store their collections at the biobank facilities, or who request samples from us, must sign a Material Transfer Agreement (MTA), which specifies the terms and conditions under which samples may be stored at the biobank.
